Precinct Projects ("we", "us") is a real estate and construction company. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through precinctprojects.com, how we use it, and the rights you have. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run this site:
- Enquiry forms. When you send a message through the form on the contact page or the home page, we collect your name, email address, mobile number and message.
- Chat assistant. If you use the chat assistant, the messages you type are processed by its provider, NewOaks AI, to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat.
- Cookies. A few necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site.
- Embedded content. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps, and the walkthrough video on the construction page is delivered by Amazon Web Services. When these load, those providers receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal data only to:
- respond to your enquiry and follow up on the services you asked about;
- keep this site running, secure and free from misuse;
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your enquiry with developers, builders or any other third party for their own use.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you, follow up on your enquiry and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete them.
Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it);
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us.

Security
This site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we and our providers use reasonable safeguards to protect personal data. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking for real estate and construction services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
